Eye Matter/Vision 4 Life eevent

On Tuesday 17th Febraury Eye Matter and Vision 4 Life members are welcome to come bowling at the Oddysey Arena Belfast from 6pm.  This is a chance for members of the two youth groups to meet and have good night out with bowling and dinner.

Campaigning session

The next campaigning session for Eye Matter will be on Wednesday 11th March from 2.30pm-3:30pm in the RNIB's Linnehall Street office.

ICT traning.

Eye Matter has arranged ICT traing for it's members in three locations across Northern Ireland.  The training will take place in Derry/Londonderry, Omagh and Coleraine.  The traing is based around the everyday aspects of IT such as setting up Facebook accounts and shopping online. The sessions run from 10:30 to 3pm. 

The dates for Coleraine are 5th 12th 19th and 26th March

The dates for Omagh are 2nd 9th 16th 23rd April.

The dates for Derry/Londonderry are 30th April 7th 14th 23th May.

Preparation for participation residential.

This will run from Tuesday 19th May until Thursday 21st May at the RNIB Challet at the Share holiday village, Lisnaskee.

The Preparation for Participation programme is designed for young people who are interested in campaigning but are apprehensive about their skills and would like the opportunity to increase their confidence. The course will take place in a residential settings with plenty of time for sports activities.
